The VeriSmart system is the only “Tenant Friendly” method of ensuring that Tenants’ deposits are secured with appropriate evidence in a Tenant Friendly Manner.
Tenants are able to login to an online version of their Inventory and add any comments or pictures of anything they deem relevant to securing their deposit: this allows for complete verification of the Inventory thus eliminating the need for printed documents to be returned to Agents or their Landlords as VeriSmart completes this process automatically.
