Smoke & Co Alarm Testing

The Smoke and Carbon Monoxide Alarm Regulations 2015 that were have been approved by Parliament and came into force on 1 October 2015 are quite clear in the definition as to when and where Smoke and CO alarms are legally required. Yet it amazes us the amount of homes that don’t meet the required legislation upon our property inspections.

We push button check ALL alarms recording the outcome within your report upon any property inspection as standard. Furthermore we can deploy real smoke and gas testing on your alarms giving you peace of mind your property is on the right side of the law.

At VeriSmart we have developed our own App so our Property Inspectors are able to deliver reports outlining any concerns they may have direct from the property and notify you of the legislation and required action immediately, during any property inspection.
