Originally from Australia I've lived in the UK since 2002 with most of my working life in the housing sector, having responsibilities for organisational performance, compliance and service improvement. Ranging from one of the UK's largest landlords with 35000+ properties, to small housing associations providing specialist services to community groups. In essence, finding ways of doing it better and excelling at customer service.

My wife and I moved to Glasgow in 2019 and I decided it was time to work for myself and VeriSmart's processes, training and standards stood head and shoulders above all other options. I haven't looked back.

A key principle I stand by is the need for clarity between landlords, agents and tenants, which goes a long way toward providing safe, well managed properties that people like to call home.
