I am James Cartwright from VeriSmart Exeter covering both the city as well as the east part of the county of Devon.

After a varied career in retail and then project management I ventured into property and estate management initially within the education sector and most recently as a commercial property consultant. However, I have always had a keen interest in residential property and have recently made my first move into property development and investment.

I was looking for a business that I could find enjoyable, interesting and rewarding and so I was very excited to discover the VeriSmart business model offering inventory, inspections and meeting the growing requirement for property compliance.
